Whole Wheat Bread for the Bosch

6 cups warm water
3/4 to 1 cup honey
3/4 to1 cup oil, I use light olive oil
3 T yeast
2 T salt
1 cup gluten flour
15 to 17 cups freshly ground whole wheat flour

Put all ingredients into the Bosch mixer using the 15 cups of flour to begin with.  Turn on the mixer and continue to add flour until the dough cleans itself off the side of the bowl.  Knead for 5 to 6 minutes.  Take dough out of pan and divide into 6 pieces.  Form each piece into a loaf and put into a greased loaf pan.  I grease my loaf pans with non-stick spray.  Allow the bread to rise about 20 to 25 minutes or until just above the top of the pan.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
