Taco Rice

3 pounds ground beef (can use less)
3 onion -- diced
3 packages taco seasoning mix
3 can (16 oz) canned tomatoes -- diced
6 cups cooked rice
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 gallon ziplock bags
3 pint ziplock bags

Brown meat and drain. Combine meat, onion, taco seasoning packet(s), cooked
rice and tomatoes in large saucepan. Simmer about 5 minutes..

Freezing and Cooking Directions: Cool, label and freeze in gallon bags. Also
freeze a pint ziplock with 2 cups of shredded cheese for each meal..

To Serve: Thaw completely. Serve with flour tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes and
enclosed cheese.
