Strawberry Honey

½ c strawberry jam or any jam of your choice

1 c honey

1/8 t cinnamon

In a small saucepan heat the jam and the honey until all is mixed together well. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir. Pour this into 4oz. canning jars.

You can decorate the jars. I like to give a jar of this honey with a loaf of homemade bread to friends.
