Spicy Beef and Beans for the crockpot

2#’s boneless beef roast, cubed
2 cups salsa
1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 150z can corn, drained
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 heaping teaspoonful of minced garlic from the jar
2 Tablespoons Sucanat (you can substitute brown sugar if you do not use Sucanat)
1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.  Serve over brown rice.  I also served salad along with chips and salsa. YUM!
