Instant Potato
Soup Mix
7 cups instant mashed potatoes
6 cups powdered milk
½ cup instant chicken boullion
3 T dried minced onion
1 t pepper
2 T season salt
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Instructions for using soup mix
Stir ½ cup Potato Soup Mix into 1 cup boiling water and stir until smooth.
