Cajun Baked Chicken

˝ cup whole wheat pastry flour

2 t Cajun seasoning such as “Tony Chacheres”

1 cup milk

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves or thighs

 

Preheat oven to 350.  In a zip type bag flour and cajun seasonings. Pour milk into a shallow bowl.  Dip the chicken pieces in the milk and then put them in the zip bag and shake until coated.  Put the chicken pieces on a 9x13 baking pan that has been lightly greased and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear when the chicken poked with a fork.
