Bleu Cheese Dressing
½ cup sour cream
½ cup crumbled bleu cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 T white wine vinegar
1 t minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Makes about 1 ½ cups of dressing.
