Blender Fudge Pie
This is a super easy pie to make! The ingredients in the pie can easily be staples in your cupboard and refrigerator. When need a chocolate fix this is the pie to make!
¼ cup + 3 T cocoa powder
1 ¼ cups evaporated milk
½ cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups cane juice crystals
2 unbaked pie crusts
Put all ingredients, except pie crusts, in your blender. Blend on high for a couple of minutes until everything is mixed well. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. The center of pies will still be a little wobbly in the center. Allow to cool and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
