Apple Crisp

5 large apples, peeled, cored, sliced
2/3 c Sucanat
2/3 c cane juice crystals
1 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 ½ c oats
1 c butter, melted
2/3 c water
Butter the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Lay apples slices in the pan. In a medium size
bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except the water. Spread this over the
apples. Pour the water over the top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until the
apples are tender and the top is browned.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
