**Seven Layer Bars**

 

This recipe has been a round for a long time.  I have never figured a way to make this one healthy!!  But it is one of those holiday traditions here at our home none the less.

 

½ cup butter

1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup butterscotch flavored chips

1 cup chocolate chips

1 1/3 cup flaked coconut

1 cup chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts work well

 

Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.   Turn oven on to 350.  Place the butter in the pan and melt in the preheating oven.  When the butter is melted take the pan out and sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the butter.  Pour the sweetened condensed milk over crumbs.  Layer each of the next ingredients in order given.  Press everything down with a fork and bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.  Cool and chill if desired.  Cut into bars and enjoy!
